This Return & Refund Policy governs the terms under which refunds are issued for services rendered by Novotech Marketing via Social Media LLC, a software development and digital solutions company operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
1. Contract-Based Services
All services offered by Novotech Marketing via Social Media LLC are strictly contract-based. Upon completion of requirement gathering and initial consultations, a project contract outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and financial terms will be sent to the client for digital signature. Work will commence only after the contract has been duly signed and initial payments have been received.
2. Requirement Gathering and Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for clearly communicating all project requirements before the signing of the contract. Novotech Marketing via Social Media LLC is not liable for any delays, changes, or unsatisfactory results arising from:

Incomplete, inaccurate, or vague requirements shared by the client.

The client’s failure to disclose essential project details or functionalities prior to commencement.
Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will be treated as a separate contract and may incur additional charges.
3. Refund Eligibility
If a client decides to cancel the project after contract execution but before development begins, only 30% of the total project amount is eligible for refund. This partial refund covers administrative, consultation, and requirement analysis efforts already invested by our team.
No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

After development work has begun.

For dissatisfaction arising from insufficient or misunderstood client-provided requirements.

Due to delays or cancellation resulting from the client’s failure to provide timely feedback or approvals.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, the client must:

Submit a written refund request via email to [your support email], stating the reason for cancellation.

Ensure the request is made before the start of development.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be returned via the original payment method, subject to applicable transaction charges.
5. Governing Law
This policy and all contractual engagements are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in the appropriate legal forums within Dubai.
